Instructions For Faculty:

Logging In: Creating a Personal Home Page to Use
·
Go to the Turnitin.com home page and click on the "User Login" button.
·
Click on the button that reads" Click here to get started".
·
Fill in the required information to register as a new user and create your personal user profile.
·
Submit your information and your personal Turnitin.com user information will be e-mailed to you.
·
After receiving your user information via e-mail, return to the Turnitin.com home page.

To join the La Salle University account:
· Once you create your own Turnitin.com page, join the La Salle Institution Account in order to utilize more features of the service. To obtain a an account ID number: and an account join password please contact the System Administrator:

After following the above steps to create your own Turnitin.com page, return to the Turnitin.com home page, click on the "User Login" button.
·
Select "Faculty" as your user type and input your e-mail and password.
·
Click on the "Join New Account" link.
·
Fill in the "account ID" number and the "account enrollment password" obtained from the System Administrator.
·
Click the "Submit" button. Classes may be added after you join the Institution account.

Adding Classes
·
Click on the "Add Class" link.
·
Enter the class name and class number (optional).
·
Enter a "class enrollment" password. The "class enrollment" password is used by your students to submit papers directly to this specific class.
·
Enter a class desciption (optional).
·
Click the "Add/Update" button.
