The Instructional Materials Center (IMC), located on the library's lower level, is a collection of elementary, secondary, and special education instructional materials selected for the use of La Salle's Education students and faculty. Over 2,500 items are available, including textbooks, games, kits, slides, filmstrips, videos and software. Current files of local school curriculum and instructional materials publishers catalogs are available for use in the library. The IMC is open all library hours. Materials are available for a 3 week check out to La Salle students, staff and faculty (with the exception of reference books, catalogs, curriculum guides, and fiche, which must be used in the library.) Software is stored in the Audio-Visual Department which is located on the lower level on the opposite end of the library from the IMC. Software can be checked-out for three days and can also be used on any of the four computers in the Audio-Visual Department. Assistance is available from the student assistant in the IMC, or from the Audio Visual Department staff (opposite end of lower level) For more information, call Audio Visual at 215-951-1295 or contact the Media Services Librarian, Tom Ipri, directly at 215-951-1965 or at ipri@lasalle.edu.
